Prague on MTB (cycling)
Off the beaten path cycling trip through Prague
Seeing the world from the seat of a bicycle is one of the most wonderful ways to see the world. Due to its hilly profile, dense traffic and narrow streets of the historical centre, Prague is not considered to be extremly cycling-friendly town. However, we will head out of the centre to show you some of the hidden nature treasures that the capital conceals.
We will use MTB bikes that will allow us climbing some of the city hills with unusual views, or discover some of the protected nature areas within Prague borders. We will bike to the top of Devin hill (offering great views of the town), through Prokopske valley (nature reserve) and then along the river (one river bank for the ride out of the city centre, the other river bank for return drive). The tour takes approximately 2,5-3hrs.
