Incentives
Reward your team, your best customers, or VIP clients.
We provide complete incoming services, conference management, incentive programs and team building in Prague and the Czech Republic. While covering both business and leisure tours, we successfully cooperate with international tour operators and travel agencies, corporate clients and groups of tourists, but also demanding individual travelers.
Incentive tourism is one of the most efficient ways to motivate employees, investors or business partners. From weekend winery trips in southern Moravia to luxury tours of Prague – choices for your incentive tour to the Czech Republic are endless.
You can choose from wide range of activities – you can pamper your employees with a spa getaway or excite them by adventurous outdoor activities such as caving, rafting, ballooning and more. While the final itinerary depends on many factors (season, preferred activities, group size, time allowance, budget…), we will always do our best to ensure your employees have a quality travel experience.

Case study:
Incentive from over the Atlantics
In 2015 our company was selected to organize an incentive trip for best sellers of Mexican homeware retail company. Altogether 120 participants from all Mexican regions and with huge past experience with incentives arrived to Prague with large expectations. We dare say those were fulfilled!
The company was looking for a bit unusual destination within Europe, offering nice historical settings, classical sightseeing with some location–specific activities. We chose a modern 4* Andel’s hotel in Prague, that offers good access to the centre and vast shopping possibilities in direct neighborhood. The clients were presented to the Czech culture and history from the very beginning. Upon arrival they were greeted in hotel by folklore dancers and musicians and they spent their first evening in traditional beerhouse.
Two following mornings were dedicated to Prague sightseeing – firstly the left river bank with Prague Castle (and historical tram!) and secondly the right river bank with the Old Town of Prague. In the afternoon of the second day we prepared for them a surprise upon return to the hotel. In the courtyard there came professional glassmakers with portable oven and organized a glassworks workshop. Participants could try this traditional Czech industry and also buy some souvenirs home. As a perfect farewell dinner we recommended a river cruise in the newest boat of Prague fleet.
